These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use pawdalondon.com or purchase products from Pawda London.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

By using our website or placing an order with Pawda London, you agree to these Terms & Conditions together with any other policies referred to in them.
Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery information should also be read alongside these Terms where relevant.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not knowingly introduce viruses, malicious code or other material that may interfere with the operation or security of our website.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or customer information.
We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect Pawda London, our customers or our systems.

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements and other information shown on our website are accurate.

Product availability may change and we may withdraw or update products from time to time.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing an order, you will normally receive an email confirming that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order.
A contract between you and Pawda London is formed when we accept your order, normally when your order is dispatched or when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched.
We may be unable to accept an order for reasons including:
- a product being unavailable;
- payment not being authorised;
- an obvious pricing or product information error;
- suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity;
- quantity restrictions; or
- an inability to deliver to the address supplied.
If payment has already been taken for an order that we cannot accept, we will arrange a refund.
6. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
We may change product prices at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders that have already been accepted.

We currently offer delivery to the locations made available at checkout.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable charges are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the timeframe provided.
Pawda London remains responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have nominated to receive them on your behalf, as required by applicable law.
Please ensure the delivery information supplied with your order is accurate.
9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Our 30-day returns policy is explained in our Refund Policy.
This additional returns policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Where applicable, consumers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel their contract without giving a reason within the cancellation period provided by law.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law and where this has been clearly communicated before purchase.
Nothing in our Refund Policy or these Terms limits rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Products
Products supplied by Pawda London must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe or not as described, please contact us at Hello@pawdalondon.com with your order number and details of the problem.
Photographs may help us investigate the issue but will not affect any statutory rights you may have.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to remedies including a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
11. Product Use, Fit and Safety
Pawda London products should be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with any product information or care instructions supplied.
Customers are responsible for selecting an appropriate product and size for their dog.
Harnesses, collars, leads and accessories should be checked regularly for wear, damage or deterioration. A product showing significant damage or deterioration should not continue to be used.
Ensure products are fitted correctly and securely before use and supervise your dog where appropriate.
No collar, harness, lead or fastening should be treated as indestructible.
These responsibilities do not affect any rights you may have where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.
12. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from Pawda London are subject to any additional terms displayed on the relevant Gift Card product page.
Gift cards have no cash redemption value except where required by law.
Any expiry date or restrictions will be clearly communicated before purchase where applicable.
Nothing in this section affects rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content of pawdalondon.com, including the Pawda London name, branding, logos, product photography, graphics, text and website content, belongs to Pawda London Ltd or is used by us with permission.
